That's not Chessbase Megabase but the Correspondence database.
It is high quality of course simply for the reason that correspondence take forever to make one move. Each move meticulously and painstakingly analysing all the moves. So naturally, it has commercial value and chessbase markets this as a product.
Needless to say this can be invaluable to chess players and correspondingly the price is not cheap either at RM 450. Probably not for the amateur and better suited for IM level and above.
I heard of a free version like TWIC of correespondence database floating around but I haven't found it yet. Probably a good online source for these games is at:-
