To commemorate The Russian Diplomats` Day, the Russian Centre of Science and Culture (RCSC) & the Malaysian Chess Federation will organize a friendly Chess Tournament in the RCSC on Saturday, 16 Feb 2019.
The event is Open to all with priority given to Foreign Diplomats. Due to space constraints, only the first 100 people will be accepted. Time Control: 15 mins per player (30 mins per game). The schedule is as follows:
