The 4th series of ICE Chess Challenger Under 1600 rating tournament saw 54 players taking part.
It was won by unrated Romitman Leo from the Philippines with 7/8 points. He was undefeated and conceded only 2 draws to Mohd Bakri Bakal and Yeo Tyrone Dale.
The event was made special with the participation of 5 Filipino participants.
